The safety of our students is a must!

Student's shouldn't just "feel" safe. They should be safe.

This week information about an agency federal investigation was released to third-parties by no other than a certain AISD official.

This was done in efforts to make it appear as if I had filed a lawsuit against the district to sway voters.

There were many posts made by this 3rd party on my Elect Laura Jaso Page demanding answers for information that only the District was aware about.

Another 3rd party implying that I had filed a lawsuit against the district. He also mentioned something the district is aware about.

This list includes AISD Board Members liking the false information on this post. They are aware that I did not file a lawsuit yet they liked the misinformation posted meant to sway voters.

The 3rd party now continuing to comment acknowledging that there's a lawsuit filed by me "the other candidate", "I heard it is on FB". This was stated to a person who's connected to a district sponsor.

This is the "so called lawsuit" they're talking about.

Note: This document DOES NOT HAVE MY NAME anywhere on it. It clearly states the name of the person who filed the complaint.

The following documents were legally obtained through various open records requests.

The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) has provided the public the right to request access to records from any federal agency. It is often described as the law that keeps citizens in the know about their government. Federal agencies are required to disclose any information requested under the FOIA unless it falls under one of nine exemptions which protect interests such as personal privacy, national security, and law enforcement.

This is what was received.

Some are above the law

Elections matter

Make sure you vote for the candidate(s) that will stand up for what's right.
